The 2018 Hotel Plus Mockup Room Show will debut during the Shanghai Hospitality Design & Supplies Expo (HDE), which is organized by UBM Sinoexpo and will be held at Shanghai New International Expo Center from April 26-29, 2018. The show will vividly present well-designed projects of a wide range of hotel rooms as always, with more high-end boutique hotels joining in 2018.
“China’s hotel industry is still booming and diversifying. HDE show provides a platform for hotel professionals to understand the market status quo and think about future developments,” said Mark Lu, Deputy General Manager of UBM Sinoexpo.
During the splendid and creative 2018 Mockup Room Show, many domestic and foreign hotel groups will release their new brands, including:
InterContinental Hotels Group
Holiday Inn Express is a mid-priced hotel chain within the InterContinental Hotels Group family. As an “express” hotel, it focuses on offering limited services at a reasonable price. Standard amenities lean toward the convenient and practical which cater to business travelers and short-term stays. There are around 2,500 Holiday Inn Express hotels featuring over 250,000 rooms and 740 hotels under construction worldwide.
In 2016, InterContinental Hotels Group launched a new franchise model for its Holiday Inn Express brand in China. The new model, called Franchise Plus, is specifically tailored for the Chinese market and, the company claims, “provides owners with all of the benefits of operating a franchise model, but with additional benefits and features from IHG’s managed model.”
