Murugason R Thangaratnam, CEO of Novem CS Sdn Bhd, speaking at the MGBF Roundtable on Security Concerns in Critical Value Chains, held on 24 May 2022 at Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur. He said, “There was a statement made on behalf of the government that national security was not compromised. I'm not concerned about national security, of course, it's important for every citizen to be aware of national security but there's also something else called personal security. So, you know you can't tell me that if my data is out there and it has been leaked that my personal security has not been compromised. That is a responsibility of a government, of an employer, of a parent because I think that's basic needs we need.” | Photo by MGBF
