OVERVIEW:
Human Resource (HR) staff are important assets of every organisation. These valuable employees not only help to ensure compliance of rules and regulations but also take care of recruitment, compensation, training, welfare of staff and many other tasks.

The most difficult task for these HR staff is dealing with human i.e. the staff in the company. HR staff have to be equipped with people skills and especially negotiation skills in order to carry out their daily routine job effectively. They also have to use motivational skills to encourage and motivate problematic staff.

Time management is crucial when handling many HR jobs. Knowing how to get rid of time wasters and time robbers will certainly help to produce more work with less time. HR staff must have time management skills in order to execute their many tasks assigned.
