TS Kelly Asia Pacific announced its rebranding to PERSOLKELLY and its aim to triple its size across Asia Pacific by 2020. PERSOLKELLY is one of the largest recruitment companies in Asia Pacific providing comprehensive end-to-end HR solutions. The name PERSOLKELLY reflects the joint venture between PERSOL Holdings (previously Temp Holdings), Japan’s second largest recruitment firm, and Kelly Services, a global leader in workforce solutions.
On the rebranding and its vision, PERSOLKELLY CEO Taka Yamazaki, said,” Our aim is to become the leading recruitment brand in Asia Pacific that provides the world’s best workforce solutions that are seamless. To help achieve this, we want to look at tripling our size from our current base of more than 1,000 consultants in the APAC region to more than 3,000 consultants by 2020. We are also committed to expanding our market coverage in our high growth countries.”
“The rebranding exercise is already a first step in this direction. It will give us an identity that represents a powerful combination of resources and operational expertise of our key brands across Asia Pacific. As our business grows, having one strong identity will help make us more recognisable as we enter new markets or expand our presence in our current markets,” said Yamazaki.
Yamazaki also added, “As part of the rebrand efforts, a number of entities will be renamed to create better synergy and to be more impactful in market. Each brand will also continue to maintain its own identity, vision, values and offerings, but working together to contribute to PERSOLKELLY ‘s vision.”
Intelligence rebranded under the umbrella of PERSOLKELLY GROUP
As part of the overall rebranding efforts, Intelligence, one of the largest and fastest growing HR service providers in the Asia Pacific regions, will become PERSOL in Asia Pacific. Each of the 10 Asia Pacific markets where PERSOL is present in will have a localised identity (for example, PERSOL Singapore).
PERSOL in Asia Pacific will continue to leverage on its strong database of Japanese and Japanese-speaking candidates to provide tailored workforce solutions such as permanent and contract staffing, recruitment process outsourcing and payroll outsourcing primarily to Japanese companies in the region.
